We are hiring a Appointment Setter to support our service team and keep our schedule full. You handle incoming leads fast, book appointments, manage calls, and keep platforms updated. You support technicians and act as a customer advocate. Prefer applicants with proven lead booking experience.
Base pay of $5 per hour with additional incentives
Key tasks
• Hit daily booking targets
• Monitor marketing and lead platforms
• Contact new leads as soon as they come in
• Make outbound calls and texts to new and existing customers
• Take inbound calls and gather required information
• Book and manage appointments through Housecall Pro
• Handle warranty and repair scheduling
• Manage company phone lines, texts, email, Slack, and all customer channels
• Update all lead sources and follow up with unreturned calls
• Support technicians and project managers with scheduling needs
