Now Hiring: Overnight Fleet Detail Technician

Pittsburgh Transportation Group is seeking a dependable Overnight Fleet Detail Technician to support the cleanliness, presentation, and readiness of our vehicle fleet. This overnight role is essential to ensuring buses are clean, well‑maintained, and fully prepared for daily service.

What You’ll Do as a Bus Fleet Detail Technician:

• Wash, brush, and detail fleet vehicles to maintain a clean, professional appearance
• Buff and detail vehicle interiors and exteriors
• Perform light bodywork and minor touch‑up repairs as needed
• Install or remove vehicle decals
• Prepare vehicles for auction when applicable
• Monitor, track, and restock cleaning supplies in the wash bay
• Keep wash bay, parking, and work areas clean and organized
• Assist with additional tasks as assigned by management

What We’re Looking For as a Bus Fleet Detail Technician:

Education

• High school diploma or GED required

Experience

• 1–2 years of vehicle detailing, cleaning, or related experience preferred

Licenses & Certifications

• Valid driver’s license required
• Hazardous materials cleaning certification preferred, but not required

Schedule & Pay

• Shift: Monday–Friday, 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM
• Pay: $16.40 per hour
