Job Description

Salary: $114,000 - 124,800 per year Requirements:

• 8-12 years of experience in cybersecurity
• Proven expertise in driving PCI compliance initiatives
• Strong soft skills including organizational and documentation proficiency
• Effective communication abilities for presenting to executive management
• Public speaking and presentation experience
• Certifications such as Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) or Internal Security Assessor (ISA) are desirable

• Act as a principal information security advisor, spearheading initiatives to identify and mitigate cybersecurity gaps
• Guide the development, enhancement, and execution of security Policies, Standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)
• Develop and implement information security awareness programs within the organization
• Conduct comprehensive security risk assessments, including evaluations of third-party vendors, collaborating with business units, vendors, and legal teams to prioritize and manage risks
• Lead investigations into complex security incidents, taking charge of the incident response process and mentoring team members in advanced investigative techniques
• Oversee and refine daily security operations, including system monitoring and configuring security tools, while performing vulnerability assessments and ensuring timely remediation
• Facilitate the training of the cybersecurity team on security tools and adherence to best practices
• Analyze current cybersecurity threats and technological advancements, promoting the strategic incorporation of new methodologies to enhance security protocols
• Cultivate partnerships with Cyber Security Engineers and IT leaders to improve security tools and operational strategies, acting as a key liaison with stakeholders to strengthen our security posture
• Take on additional leadership roles as necessary, directing teams and initiatives as needed
