Job Title: Digital/Direct Mail Marketing Analyst

Duration: Contract (1.5 months to start, potential extension)
Compensation Range: $40-60/hr
Job Description:
This role will conduct a deep-dive analysis of multi-channel marketing campaigns to identify performance gaps and deliver data-driven recommendations to improve ROI and enrollment outcomes.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Analyze direct mail and digital campaign performance across channels
Evaluate response rates, conversion funnels, and cost per acquisition
Perform matchback analysis and assess list performance and suppression strategies
Analyze website performance and conversion metrics using Google Analytics
Identify funnel leakage points and recommend optimization strategies
Build and maintain dashboards in Power BI/Tableau
Manipulate and analyze raw datasets using Excel (pivot tables, modeling)
Develop executive-level reports and presentations with actionable insights
Model potential impact of new strategies and channel mix adjustments
Requirements:
Must-Haves:
3–5 years of marketing analytics experience
Strong experience with omnichannel marketing performance analysis
Direct mail campaign analytics experience (response curves, matchback, list strategy)
Experience analyzing digital channels (email, web, SEO, paid media)
Proficiency in Google Analytics
Advanced Excel skills (data manipulation, pivot tables, modeling)
Experience with Power BI and/or Tableau dashboard development
Experience working with CRM or marketing databases (e.g., HubSpot)
Ability to work with messy/unstructured data and derive insights
Strong storytelling and presentation skills for executive audiences
Nice-to-Haves:
Consulting or agency background
Experience with enrollment-based or service marketing
Exposure to brand/awareness campaigns
Experience with paid social or broader digital marketing channels
Familiarity with assumption-based modeling and forecasting
