General Labor – Entry Level
NOW HIRING in Fort Worth!
We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Entry Level General Laborers . This is a great opportunity for someone ready to start their career, work hard, and learn the ropes of our operations. You will perform a variety of manual tasks to support our field crews and ensure our daily projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities
Load equipment and supplies into vehicles every morning and unload them upon return
Assist crew members in gathering field data and measurements as directed
Ensure all equipment is wiped down, cleaned, and that batteries are placed on chargers daily
Assist in locating property corners and markers utilizing specific company methods
Measure distances on various structures and clearly relay that data to the crew lead
Learn to read and utilize subdivision plats and field notes to assist in searching for property corners
Requirements
Valid Driver’s License is required for this position
Must be able to work in varied outdoor environmental conditions (heat, rain, etc.)
Must be physically able to perform manual tasks and heavy lifting as necessary to complete the job
Strong communication skills to ensure instructions and data are properly relayed
A coachable attitude with the ability to readily accept direction from supervisors
