Now Hiring: Events Coordinator
Fine Dining Afro-Fusion Restaurant

We are seeking an experienced and highly personable Events Coordinator to join our team at a growing fine dining Afro-fusion restaurant.

This is not an entry-level position. We are looking for someone with hands-on experience in restaurant event coordination, client relations, and reservation/event management platforms such as TripleSeat and OpenTable.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and knows how to create meaningful relationships with guests and clients. We want someone who can go beyond simply booking events — someone who understands hospitality, connection, and how to make every guest feel personally cared for.

Responsibilities Include:

• Managing private dining and special event inquiries and bookings

• Coordinating bookings through TripleSeat and OpenTable

• Building and maintaining strong client relationships

• Reaching out to prospective clients and following up with leads

• Creating personalized experiences for guests

• Working closely with management and restaurant staff to ensure seamless event execution

• Assisting with event planning, logistics, and communication

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in hospitality event coordination required

• Strong knowledge of TripleSeat and OpenTable

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment

• Professional, polished, and hospitality-driven demeanor

• Strong networking and relationship-building abilities
