Family Law Attorney

Location: Remote – South Jersey
Compensation: Up to $115,000 Base Salary + Performance Bonus

About the Opportunity

Our client is a growing family law practice seeking a Family Law Attorney to support its expanding South Jersey caseload. This is a fully remote position with regular court appearances throughout South Jersey.

The firm is open to attorneys at various experience levels and provides mentorship for attorneys looking to further develop their litigation and courtroom skills.

What You'll Do

• Manage family law matters throughout South Jersey
• Attend court appearances in:
  • Atlantic County
  • Burlington County
  • Camden County
  • Cape May County
  • Cumberland County
  • Gloucester County
  • Ocean County
  • Salem County
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal correspondence
• Conduct mediations and settlement negotiations
• Maintain consistent client communication and case updates
• Utilize Clio case management software to manage matters efficiently

Qualifications

Required

• Active New Jersey Bar license
• Ability to travel throughout South Jersey for court appearances
• Strong client communication and relationship-building skills
• Litigation experience or a strong interest in litigation

Preferred

• Family law experience
• Civil litigation experience
• Mediation and negotiation experience
• Prior courtroom exposure
