Maintain accurate, up-to-date records of client interactions and sales activity in our CRM systems.
Build and maintain long-term client relationships through regular policy reviews and consistent follow-ups.
Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics and sales targets.
Licensing: An active insurance license is our top priority and preferred qualification for this role.
Experience: Proven success in quota-driven or commission-based environments , ideally with experience in insurance, financial services, or consultative sales. (Note: While sales experience is a huge plus, we provide training to support your growth ).
