Job Title: Infant / Toddler Teacher (Full-Time or Part-Time).
Location: The Tot Spot ( Winchester, VA).
Position Type: Full-Time or Part-Time.

About Us:
The Tot Spot is a nurturing and engaging childcare center dedicated to providing a safe, loving, and educational environment for young children. We are looking for a caring, responsible, and energetic Infant/Toddler Teacher to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Provide attentive, loving care to infants and toddlers.
• Create and maintain a safe and stimulating classroom environment.
• Follow daily schedules including feeding, diapering, naps, and activities.
• Implement age-appropriate activities that support early development.
• Communicate effectively with parents and staff.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom.
• Ensure all licensing and safety standards are met.

Qualifications:

• Experience working with infants and/or toddlers preferred.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable, patient, and nurturing personality.

Requirements (Per State Licensing):

• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Must complete fingerprinting.
• Must pass child abuse and neglect registry check.
• Must complete TB screening/test.
• Must obtain/maintain CPR & First Aid certification.
• Must complete required health screening.
