Job Summary

Instructional Designer to join its Global Learning & Development team. The role focuses on designing and developing engaging, performance-based training programs for sales and technical audiences using a variety of learning formats, including eLearning, virtual instructor-led training, classroom training, videos, animations, and job aids.

The Instructional Designer will collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to analyze learning needs, create instructional content, develop multimedia learning assets, update existing training materials, and ensure content quality before deployment through the Learning Management System (LMS).

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop online and instructor-led training programs.
• Create eLearning courses, presentations, job aids, videos, assessments, and other learning materials.
• Partner with SMEs to transform technical information into effective training solutions.
• Develop graphics, illustrations, and other digital learning assets.
• Update training content to reflect product, software, and process changes.
• Test and deploy content within the LMS.
• Present learning solutions to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Instructional Design, Adult Education, Educational Technology, or a related field (Master s preferred).
• 3+ years of instructional design experience.
• Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Experience with eLearning tools such as Articulate 360 (Storyline & Rise), Camtasia, Vyond, and Captivate.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Strong writing, visual design, communication, and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Portfolio of instructional design work required.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience creating technical or medical training content.
• Familiarity with video/audio editing and AI voiceover tools .

Work Environment

• Fully remote position.
• Primarily computer-based work with extended screen time.
