We are hiring a motivated Junior UiPath Developer to contribute to automation initiatives and digital process improvement projects. Develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using UiPath Studio
Collaborate with business teams to understand workflows and identify automation opportunities
Create reusable components, templates, and scalable automation frameworks
Conduct testing, debugging, and performance optimization of bots
Integrate automation processes with databases, APIs, and enterprise systems
Manage bot scheduling, monitoring, and deployment through UiPath Orchestrator
Document automation processes, configurations, and enhancements
Monitor deployed bots, troubleshoot issues, and implement improvements
Participate in real-time projects and hands-on training sessions
Engage in interview preparation and continuous professional development activities
0-2 years of experience in UiPath development or RPA-related roles
Basic understanding of UiPath Studio and UiPath Orchestrator
Knowledge of selectors, workflows, data scraping, and REFramework (preferred)
Familiarity with programming logic or languages such as Python, VB.NET, or C#
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities
Effective communication skills and attention to detail
Eagerness to learn and grow within the automation and RPA domain
