Position Details:
Position: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Long Term Care (LTC)
Facility: Gunnison Valley Health Senior Care Center
Location: Gunnison, CO 81230
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
Shift: Days | 12-Hour Shifts (6:00 AM 6:00 PM)
Guaranteed Hours: 36 Hours/Week
Pay: $42 $45/hr
Requirements:
Active Colorado LPN License
Minimum 3 years of experience in a hospital, skilled nursing facility, or comparable healthcare setting
Current BLS Certification
Experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices
Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required
Responsibilities:
Provide quality nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting.
Assist and supervise day-to-day nursing activities.
Maintain compliance with federal, state, and facility regulations.
Document patient care accurately using PointClickCare.
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary healthcare team to ensure excellent resident care.
