Join Pall Corporation, part of Danaher, where precision manufacturing powers breakthroughs in life sciences, diagnostics, and aerospace. In our New Port Richey, FL Aerospace Machine Shop, you’ll transform complex prints into flawless parts that help safeguard people, products, and our planet.

A day in this role

Your second shift begins at 2:45 PM. You’ll review drawings and GD&T, choose the right workholding and tooling, set up multi-axis CNC mills and lathes (including 9-axis mill-turn), and validate your first piece with gauges and automated CMMs. Throughout the evening you’ll keep parts on spec, document progress, and jump into secondary ops like deburring or a drill press when needed. You’ll close your day by updating routers and scorecards, flagging any hazards or red tags, and sharing what you learned with teammates.

What you’ll do

• Select tools, fixtures, and machining strategies for complex components.
• Perform first-article and in-process inspections using precision metrology and blueprints.
• Complete required documentation (scorecards, hazard recognitions, routers/data, Red Tags).
• Run secondary processes (e.g., drill press, stamping press, deburring) as needed.
• Consistently meet drawing/quality requirements and production targets; help train peers.

Schedule and location

Onsite in New Port Richey, FL. Second shift, Monday–Friday, 2:45 PM–11:15 PM, with frequent overtime.

What you bring

• High school diploma/GED, or completion of a Trade School Apprenticeship, or 3+ years of CNC set-up experience.
• Hands-on experience with 9-axis machining.
• Strong shop math: algebra, geometry, trigonometry, and GD&T literacy.
• Proficiency in CNC tooling.

Physical demands

• Pass a basic eye test.
• Stand for long periods (minimum of 8 hours or more); frequently lift 50 lbs; work with solvents, oils, and other chemicals.
