Job Description

We are seeking an organized, reliable, and professional Office Assistant to join our client in Daytona Beach. This fully in-office position serves as a central point of contact for the office, requiring a blend of strong communication skills, exceptional customer service, and hands-on experience with daily administrative tasks and basic financial data entry. The ideal candidate will thrive in a collaborative environment, manage daily front-office operations seamlessly, and enjoy providing support to both clients and internal team members.

salary: $18 - $23 per hour
shift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
education: High School

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in an office assistant, reception, or customer service role.

• Practical experience utilizing QuickBooks Desktop.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

• Proficiency with standard office software (MS Word, Excel, and Outlook).

• Excellent time-management skills and the ability to multitask.
