Role Summary
The PeopleSoft Administrator (PS Admin) is responsible for the technical administration, maintenance, and performance of PeopleSoft environments, including Financials and HCM systems. This role ensures system stability, security, and compliance with Oracle support standards.

Key Responsibilities
Administer and maintain PeopleSoft environments (FSCM & HCM)
Install, configure, and upgrade PeopleSoft applications and PeopleTools
Apply patches, bundles, tax updates, and regulatory updates
Manage PeopleSoft Update Manager (PUM)
Monitor system performance and perform tuning
Manage Integration Broker, web/app servers, and batch processing
Troubleshoot system issues (infrastructure, connectivity, performance)
Support integrations and file transfers across systems
Maintain system security and access controls
Provide after-hours and emergency support when required
Train backup resources and ensure continuity of support

Required Qualifications
8+ years of IT experience
5+ years as PeopleSoft Administrator
Strong experience with PeopleTools (8.55+)
Experience with PUM, Change Assistant, upgrades
Experience with Integration Broker and web services
Experience in Linux/Unix environments
Knowledge of networking, firewalls, and system architecture
