Job Description
We are seeking (3) Recruiting Coordinators / Sourcing Specialists to support a busy Talent Acquisition team with high-volume hiring efforts. This role will focus on sourcing candidates, conducting outbound calls, and scheduling interviews for commissioned sales associates and hourly retail store positions. ***This is a 3-month long temporary role*** Looking to start ASAP! Responsibilities
***This is a 3-month long temporary role*** Responsibilities: - Conduct outbound calls to candidates regarding open opportunities
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Support recruiting efforts for retail sales and store-level positions
- Maintain candidate records and interview schedules
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
- Assist with recruiting and administrative support tasks as needed
Qualifications: - Previous recruiting, sourcing, staffing, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
- strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems
- Professional, reliable, and detail-oriented
