Position: Remote Medical Scheduler

We are currently seeking a Remote Medical Scheduler to join our team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview:

As a Remote Medical Scheduler, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our clinic by managing the scheduling of patient appointments. This is a remote position, meaning you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home. You will be responsible for maintaining accurate and up-to-date schedules, communicating with patients to confirm appointments, and coordinating with our team to ensure a seamless patient experience.

Key Responsibilities:

- Schedule patient appointments using our scheduling system

- Confirm appointments with patients via phone or email

- Maintain accurate and up-to-date schedules for all patients

- Coordinate with our team to ensure proper scheduling and patient flow

- Respond to patient inquiries and provide exceptional customer service

- Keep track of cancellations and reschedule appointments as needed

- Follow up with patients to confirm their next appointment

- Communicate any scheduling conflicts or issues to the appropriate team members

- Adhere to all HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent required

- Previous experience in a medical scheduling role preferred

- Excellent communication and customer service skills

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate schedules

- Proficient in using scheduling software and other computer programs

- Ability to work independently and remotely

- Knowledge of HIPAA guidelines and patient confidentiality

- Strong organizational and time-management skills

Contract Details:

This is a part-time contract position with flexible hours. You will have the opportunity to work remotely from your home. The contract length will be discussed during the interview process.
