Sales Associate – Paint & Supply Store
Express Employment Professionals is currently hiring Sales Associates for a client within the paint and coatings industry. This is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy customer interaction, hands-on work, and a fast-paced retail environment.

Customer Consultation: Greet customers, assess their project needs, and recommend appropriate paint products, finishes, primers, and application tools.
Paint Mixing & Color Matching: Accurately tint, mix, and match paint colors using custom formulas, spectrophotometers, and automated dispensing equipment.
Sales & Transactions: Process purchases, handle returns, and manage cash or credit transactions accurately using the store’s point-of-sale (POS) system.
Inventory Management: Unload delivery trucks, stock shelves, organize the backroom, and assist with regular inventory counts.
Previous retail, customer service, or paint experience preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Basic math and computer skills for POS transactions
Ability to lift and move paint products as needed
Team-oriented with a positive and professional attitude
