Pierce Carpet Mill Outlet is a family-owned Montana business with over 100 years of history. We are looking for an outstanding sales professional to work in a fast-paced section of the building industry. The Senior Sales Representative will engage in the complete process of flooring sales and installation, working closely with contractors, property managers, building supervisors, homeowners, installers, product reps, etc.
Responsibilities
-Mixture of inside and outside sales
-Through networking and outside sales efforts, generate leads, build trust with leads in order to create long-term customers.
-The sales representative will see the job through from start to finish, beginning with prospecting, initial consultation, quote building and presentation, working with our scheduler organize installation, and follow up to ensure quality.
Qualifications
-Demonstrated Sales Results
-Strong Communication Skills, both written and oral
-Customer Service Experience
-Experience with CRM is helpful. Training will be provided
