  • Favor low‑code and no‑code solutions to support scalable system design.

Data Quality & Maintenance

  • Prepare data sets using Excel functions (e.g., VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP) and load them via Data Loader or similar tools.

Business Support & Analysis

  • Review and clarify incoming requests and serve as the initial point of troubleshooting for functional issues.
  • Reproduce and categorize potential defects, escalate as needed, and keep stakeholders informed.
  • Write simple user stories and acceptance criteria, manage ticket queues, support UAT, and maintain clear documentation.

Release & Change Enablement

  • Bundle and validate admin updates, assist in testing cycles, and run smoke checks.
  • Produce succinct release notes.
  • Experience with deployment tools like Copado, Git, or Azure DevOps is advantageous.

Training, Reporting & Adoption

  • Create brief user guides and in‑app prompts that support system adoption.
  • Build core dashboards and reports, and help drive consistent KPI usage across teams.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud) in an active, mid‑size production environment.
  • Strong expertise in Flow and the Salesforce security model, including Experience Cloud management.
  • Skilled in data loading, cleanup, and transformation, with solid Excel proficiency.
  • Strong communication abilities and comfort working with both business and technical partners.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and maintain organized documentation.
  • Salesforce Administrator (ADM‑201) certification.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Advanced certifications such as Advanced Administrator (ADM‑211) , Platform App Builder , or relevant Consultant certifications.
  • Agile team experience, including participation in sprint ceremonies and work tracking (Azure DevOps preferred).
  • Exposure to CI/CD practices, automated testing, and tools like Copado or Git.
  • Familiarity with additional Salesforce technologies such as Data Cloud, Marketing Cloud, B2B Commerce, or telephony/CTI integrations.
  • Basic understanding of SOQL and high‑level Apex troubleshooting concepts.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or equivalent professional experience.
