Solution IT Inc. is looking for SplashBI Developer for one of its clients in Remote

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled SplashBI Developer with strong experience in BI reporting, data modeling, and dashboard development. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to design, develop, and maintain analytics solutions using SplashBI.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop dashboards, reports, and visualizations using SplashBI
• Work with business users to gather reporting and analytics requirements
• Build and optimize data models for performance and scalability
• Integrate data from multiple sources (ERP, CRM, databases, etc.)
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across reports
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues in dashboards and reports
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including functional consultants and data engineers
• Maintain documentation for reports, data flows, and processes

Required Skills:

• Strong experience with SplashBI (Dashboarding & Reporting)
• Good knowledge of SQL and relational databases (Oracle, SQL Server, etc.)
• Experience working with ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, etc.)
• Understanding of ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
• Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Oracle Cloud / EBS / Fusion applications
• Knowledge of other BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Exposure to APIs and data integration tools
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field

Soft Skills:

• Good communication and stakeholder management
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong attention to detail
