Job Description

We’re partnering with a growing organization to hire a Sr. Manager, Help Desk who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves. This Sr. Manager, Help Desk will lead from the front—owning escalations, guiding a team and driving structure across a complex hybrid environment. If you’re a builder, a fixer and a leader, this Sr. Manager, Help Desk role is your next move.


What You’ll Do:

  • Serve as a hands-on Sr. Manager, Help Desk supporting daily operations
  • Lead and develop a team of IT support professionals
  • Standardize processes and improve service delivery
  • Manage and coordinate efforts across multiple MSP partners
  • Support Nutanix, on-prem and cloud-based environments
  • Contribute to Azure migration and IT modernization efforts


What’s Needed?

  • Prior experience as a Sr. Manager, Help Desk or IT support leader
  • Strong technical background across hybrid infrastructures
  • Experience with MSP oversight and vendor management
  • Ability to thrive in evolving, fast-paced environments
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
