Overview
Registered Nurse – Labor & Delivery (L&D) travel assignment in Lewistown, Montana, United States. This 13-week, travel-temporary role starts on 04/13/2026 and is set in a Critical Access Hospital. Weekly pay ranges from $2,296 to $2,361, with guaranteed hours of 36 per week. Shifts are 3x12-hour nights. This assignment is managed through Healthforce Healthcare LLC.

Responsibilities
- Monitor maternal and fetal well-being; assess labor progression and respond promptly to changes
- Manage labor progression and assist with deliveries; respond to obstetric emergencies
- Administer medications within scope; perform cervical exams as allowed; interpret fetal monitoring strips
- Prepare patients for operative deliveries and provide postpartum education to families
- Deliver safe, efficient, and compassionate nursing care in Labor & Delivery and obstetrics
- Communicate effectively with the care team; document patient care and maintain safety and quality standards

Requirements
- Active Montana RN license
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) and Basic Life Support (BLS) certifications
- Experience in Labor & Delivery
- Ability to work a 3x12-hour night shift schedule
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills
- Education: RN degree from an approved nursing program
