Responsibilities
- Provide coordinated nursing care for a patient or assigned group of patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process.
- Assess patient needs, develop and implement care plans, and reevaluate care outcomes.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed; monitor for adverse effects and respond appropriately.
- Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff; delegate tasks as appropriate.
- Coordinate care with other disciplines (physicians, therapists, social workers) and communicate patient status clearly.
- Apply critical thinking and professional judgment to ensure patient safety during night shifts and in home-based settings.

Requirements
- Active Registered Nurse license in California
- Ability to work 3x12-hour night shifts
- Comfortable delivering care in a home healthcare - hospice setting
- Strong clinical assessment, documentation, and communication skills
- Willingness to participate in a travel assignment and adapt to a remote home care environment as needed
