We are currently hiring Part-Time Baristas to join our team. Ideal candidates have flexible availability, including mornings, weekends, and holidays.

Our ideal candidate is dependable, punctual, hardworking, and takes initiative. They enjoy working with people, stay calm under pressure, and bring great energy to every shift.

Pay: Starting at $20/hour + tips

• Crafting high-quality espresso drinks, matcha beverages, smoothies, and specialty café items with speed and consistency
• Delivering warm, friendly, and attentive customer service in a busy environment
• Maintaining cleanliness, organization, and smooth workflow behind the bar and throughout the café
• Monitoring inventory, restocking supplies, practicing FIFO, and communicating store needs with management
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, energetic atmosphere with music, blenders, espresso machines, and constant guest interaction
• Creating a welcoming and upbeat Blue Daisy experience for every guest

• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during rushes
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Previous café or food service experience required
• Ability to stand for long periods
