Job Description
Randstad is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented, and personable Part-Time Custodian to upkeep maintenance for a building in Milwaukee, WI. This role is vital to maintaining a clean, safe, welcoming, and spiritually uplifting environment for our congregation and visitors. The ideal candidate possesses great skills in facility maintenance and a sharp eye for detail. This position requires a high degree of flexibility to support weekend services, special events, and holiday celebrations, alongside a warm and friendly attitude toward all who enter our doors.
salary: $18 - $20 per hour
shift: Second
work hours: 10 AM - 8 PM
education: No Degree Required
Responsibilities
Maintain the building’s interior/exterior and manage high-traffic areas, including offices and the school.
Replenish essential supplies and oversee all garbage and recycling disposal.
Perform general repairs, routine inspections, and safely operate.
Coordinate room setups for weddings and school events with leadership and assist with basic tech equipment.
Follow security policies and respond to onsite incidents to ensure a safe environment.
Maintain vendor relations, conduct local errands for supplies, and use text/email for team coordination.
The essential functions of this role include:
