  • Terminate connections cleanly and professionally according to NEC and manufacturer requirements.

  • Perform equipment startup, testing, and commissioning.

Troubleshooting & Service:

  • Diagnose electrical failures in sauna heaters, steam generators, controls, thermostats, and lighting.
  • Conduct on-site repairs and adjustments with minimal downtime.
  • Perform preventative maintenance for residential and commercial clients.
  • Document and report findings clearly in Service Fusion / work order systems.
  • Communicate effectively with clients while on-site.

  • Maintain accurate records of parts used, time spent, and equipment performance.

  • Ensure all work meets safety, code, and manufacturer standards.
  • Represent Florida Hot Tub & Sauna with professionalism, reliability, and customer-focused service.

Qualifications:

Required

  • Ability to read wiring schematics and technical documents.
  • Solid troubleshooting skills and diagnostic ability.
  • Clean, organized workmanship and attention to detail.
  • Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Professional presence and communication skills.

Preferred:
